Q1. How quick can a driver collect?
A. Same day or next day once booked. Your listing is published immediately to Union Drivers for acceptance. Additionally, we maintain a reserve team of drivers on standby who can be dispatched for same or next-day movements. While we aim to provide rapid service, we kindly request as much advance notice as possible when making bookings.
Q2. What if no Driver takes our listed job?
A. In the rare event that no Driver accepts your listed job, a reserve team standby driver will be dispatched to ensure the movement is completed promptly and without issue.
Q3. What happens if we list a job and a driver accepts it but doesn't show up?
A. In the very unlikely event of a no-show:
- You will receive an instant refund.
- A reserve team driver will be dispatched immediately to complete the movement FREE of charge (subject to conditions*).
- If the Member Driver has no valid reason for failing to arrive, they will be removed from our driver database. We pride ourselves on professionalism—drivers who fail to show up are not good for you, and they are not good for us.
(*Conditions apply: The movement must fall within the terms outlined in the initial booking agreement.)
Q4. Can we track a driver?
A. Yes, all Drivers use a tracker device, which they will share with you when they contact you.
Q5. Can I pay on delivery?
A. No, orders must be made online via our safe and secure payment system. This ensures fast service, prompt secure payments, and reduced administration costs. However, regular customers can contact our accounts department to set up a 7-day account, subject to agreement.
Q6. Do your drivers inspect the car on collection?
A. Yes, all Drivers use an app to photograph the car at both collection and delivery points, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Q7. Do you charge waiting time?
A. Only in exceptional circumstances. At the end of the day, we are working together in partnership. Drivers respect the fair price fee the customer is paying and aim to avoid additional charges whenever possible.

A. Yes, Drivers are equipped to deliver EVs.
Q9. Are drivers smartly dressed?
A. Yes, all our Drivers are professionals. They are smartly dressed and polite at all times, understanding that in many cases they represent your business.

A. Yes, and we have a full online chat facility available from 7 AM to 11 PM, 7 days a week. We also operate deliveries on weekends to provide maximum flexibility.
